The Cottage | Manali
Rustic, Quaint and Romantic cottage built on a 6-acre farm very close to Manali. We have stunning views of the Pir Panjal Himalayas and Manali Valley below with the Beas river meandering through the Valley floor.
The cottage is an experience of farm life, Permaculture and organic farming alongside the comforts of a good home with modern amenities.
You will also get a first-hand taste of the farm-to-table experience we mostly serve food that we grow on the farm.

The Location
The cottage is situated on the edge of the farm. We have various kinds of Apple, Cherry, Apricot, Plum and Pear trees mixed with Oak, Walnut and Pecan nuts. We also grow a lot of flowers and vegetables on the farm such as Asparagus, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Zucchini, Tomatoes, Chives, Egg Plants, Radishes, Turnips, Pumpkins, Potatoes, Kidney Beans etc. Flowers on the property include lots of roses, Magnolia, Hydragenum, Tulips, Narssica, and Butter cups, the list can go on but I am sure you get the idea.
The Cottage is located close to the village of Pangha 10 Km South of Manali as the crow flies behind the Ningmapa Tibetian Monastery in Pangha. To reach the cottage is an 8 km/10-12 mins drive from the Patlikul market or a 27 km/35-40 min drive from Manali. You can see great views of Chanderkhani pass, Rohtang, Shirgantungu peak etc from the garden.
PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is situated a bit away from Manali and is not really a suitable location if you want to stay there for 2 or 3 days and do more popular tourist things in Manali. But is ideal if you want to stay off-beat and do alternative things.

Take a Tour
The cottage is super peaceful and quiet, we also have a nice garden surrounding the house with 2 large walnut trees around it. It has stunning views of the Pir Panjal Range and the Kullu Valley below. With the Beas river flowing through the Valley floor.
The sunrises are usually amazing as the property faces East and we get the first light in the valley. Amazing Sunrises and Sunsets are of course best in winter when we have lots of lenticular clouds. The house is fully furnished and includes two and a half bedrooms, a kitchen, Foyer, two big balconies, an outdoor fire pit and a barbecue station.
Your stay here will not include food - you can choose to either self-cater meals or the co-host can whip up simple, wholesome meals for you at an extra charge. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience with a stovetop, toaster, pots and pans, crockery, and cutlery. For your convenience, I will also ensure that the kitchen is stocked with a few days worth of basic supplies such as tea, milk, sugar, salt, basic spices and oil.
